1、Processing problem
Thin walled workpieces is turning in more difficult problem, the reason is rigid, intensity of thin-walled parts processing, extremely easy to make the parts increase form &position errors, ensure the quality of parts processing.
Therefore, the clamping thin-walled parts, turning tools selection and reasonable choice of cutting dosages, puts forward the strict request. We processing of stainless steel tube is a thin on the takeover mouth thermal shock tube, as shown in figure 1. 2、The machining process

2、Half processing stage. If not in the chuck and tighten the chances are that in turning loose and scrap parts. We take the rough and fine when clamping car clip to control parts of loose some deformation. Half machining stage optimizing somes small, the internal stress of stainless steel tube wall, reduce the release of deformation precision.
